Max Leverage Position for Low Track
« on: April 29, 2004, 09:59:41 PM »
I have a very low track and my PAP distance is very short -- less than 3".  I understand that max leverage position is 3-3/8".  However, with my short PAP, this means I can't get to a max leverage layout.  Does anyone know how I can lay out max leverage for my puny low track ball?

Lay it out regardless of your track and pap. A max leverage layout is a max leverage layout and a pin to pap is just that, the same with the cg to pap. My wife has a very low track and alot of her stuff ends up looking like a left handed players ball. So what if the cg and pin end up on the negative side of the ball I havent encountered any problems yet with doing this for my wife yet. If there is a problem with this or any other layout i have yet to come across it. maybe some of the experts will chime in. This is just my experience and has so been stated as such.

obviously the only other problem is a potentially too much "negative" side weight.   Easier to use low top balls, than try to add extra hole on neg side.
