I would appreciate it if someone could please explain to me what the difference in reaction would be with these two layouts first 50x4x35 and second would be
40x4x5o and would one of these favor someone with a slow ball sped better. Thanks in advance.

Almost no difference

Agreed with SVStar34. To add on though:
In reality, the average bowler is not going to feel a difference between the 2 layouts you have presented. Differences start to become noticeable in increments of 20 degrees.
In theory, assuming these are layouts for an asymmetric ball, the first ball should be slightly longer and slightly snappier. However, the "slightly" on both is just that - slightly.

To add on, Pin to PAP is the biggest factor in a layout. Yes the other stuff matters but not quite on the same level

On symmetrics now I only give the pin to pap and then whether I prefer pin up or down and don't even bother with angle numbers.
