I want a ball to fill in the fried lanes category. I chose an AMF Kick.
It is on the way and I am considering trying a drilling with the pin in my track. What kind of reaction can I expect out of a ball drilled like this?
The ball has a one inch pin....so would this make it difficult to have it drilled in that manner?
I am a high speed high revs player, I usually do not have to circle the lane much. If the above drilling cannot be done because of the specs on the ball, or if I do not like the reaction that will be described to me is there another drilling that could be suggested?
thanks

Excaliber,
Putting the pin in your track would give you a zero flare ball. You basically take the core out of play and rely only on the coverstock. It would react basically like a pancake ball.
Pin in track may be difficult to pull off however, because it might give you too much negative side-weight. The Kick is a low flare ball anyway, so you'll get the same result putting the pin as far negative as it will go without creating the side-weight issue.
