I think you might be looking for something that doesn't exist. For truely heavy oil, you won't get nor would you want a big backend snap. You just need enough surface to get the ball to grab, and create enough angle to carry when you hit the pocket. Very few people can throw a big hook in heavy oil. Don't get caught up in how it looks, concentrate on knocking down pins.
I'm no drilling expert, so please check with an expert before using my advice. For a strong drilling, consider puting the pin at the leverage position (3 3/8" from you PAP) and the CG on your PAP. Weighthole on PAP for a smoother backend, outside the PAP for more flare and a little sharper backend. For a little more length, move the pin to about 4 to 4 1/4" from your PAP and a little above your fingers, CG at or near the PAP.
