I am planning on having my ball driller use the dual angle system for my next ball, question is does anyone have a picture of a mo pinel 10 degree drilling that replaces a axis leverage drilling. I just want to have some idea what it should look like, we want this ball to get into a roll very early for heavier conditions.

I'll look, but keep in mind every layout looks slightly different because everyone's axis point is not the same.
FWIW - If you have low tilt (10 degrees or less) my suggestion is to try the double thumb layout... if you have high tilt (20 degrees or more) the 10° drilling angle will be more appropriate.
That being said, any suggestion I'm giving is based on incomplete data... you haven't listed tilt, rotation, etc...
Below are 4 miscellaneous layouts with angles and pin to PAP distances. First one on the left may be close to what you're after....

thanks for the first picture, just wanted to know difference between axis leverage, and 10 degree. My ball driller wanted to do a axis leverage drilling for heavier oil, but mo says the 10 degree replaces axis leverage.

It's the same thing.
