what happens if i throw a ball drilled for full roller?
--------------------
When a house bowler misses the mark, misses the break point and strike, for many ppl its called a wallshot. When a pro does that its call adjustment

When a house bowler gets his finger stuck in the ball and fall on the lanes, for many ppl its called lame bowler. When a pro does that its called the Machuga flop! ha i like this one.

it wouldnt be beyond reason to think its bumped up to 80-85% because a full roller covers more coverstock circumference & amount overall.

Mav,

Keep in mind that each new flare the ball creates while it's thrown means it's coverstock, and not oil, is touching the lane surface.  A full roller drilling, one that promotes a very early roll, will flare very little.  Thus creating diminished ball reaction.  Diminished is a vague term.  I'd be inclined to believe that it would react around half as much, compared to stronger drilling on identical shots.

Assuming the ball has a dynamic core, the flare will be reversed and you will almost certainly flare into the thumb and/or finger holes.  The amount of flare will depend on the pin to PAP distance of the bowler who throws the ball.  --  JohnP
