Hard to make a recommendation, since it depends on oil volume and your PAP. But basically, I would suggest a strong stacked leverage drilling to make the ball finish at all with low revs and high speed: Pin at 3 3/8" from your PAP, the CG "below" it in parallel to the midline.

Depending on the amount of oil, you might also consider a solid reactive or particle ball with a matte surface to enhance grip. A pearl ball might not be the best basic ball choice, only if you face light or short oil.

Hope this helps a bit?

Rev leverage or something that kicks the cg out and down low so you could put a weight hole in the lower quadrant.  I've seen this work for a lot of guys with low revs.
