Hard to make a recommendation, since it depends on oil volume and your PAP. But basically, I would suggest a strong stacked leverage drilling to make the ball finish at all with low revs and high speed: Pin at 3 3/8" from your PAP, the CG "below" it in parallel to the midline.

Depending on the amount of oil, you might also consider a solid reactive or particle ball with a matte surface to enhance grip. A pearl ball might not be the best basic ball choice, only if you face light or short oil.

Rev leverage or something that kicks the cg out and down low so you could put a weight hole in the lower quadrant.  I've seen this work for a lot of guys with low revs.

10 as the first angle is going to going to get into its roll at the dots and be all done by the arrows.
