I believe I know but want to be sure.

When laying out a bowling ball, the further the pin from PAP and the further the CG(static weight?) from PAP the less the flare potential of the ball? If I am incorrect, could you please elaborate in that subject a little?

Maximum flare is achieved when the Pin and CG are placed 3 3/8" from your PAP.
