If you throw a back up ball, it's perfect. I have a couple customers that throw back up balls and a lefty drill works great for them.

From the initial look of things, I think I would do a full plug and re-drill.

You might be able to put the thumb back in the same location and just move the finger holes to the other side of the pin. The thumb would have to be re-pitched for you, thus the full plug job.

I bought a lefty ball once myself and just adjusted the span, leaving the lefty set-up on it.  Ball was very particular and specific.

If you track lower, this layout might work for you.  It wont be a hook monster or jump left off the spot, but it might roll ok on some conditions.

i had a green messenger back in the day with pin in the track, if there was any friction downlane, it would come back from anywhere.  it also pulled the track into a full roller track, right through the middle of my span once it flipped.  very unusual ball!

Do you plan on redrilling this ball?

If not, this will be an excellent ball for torched lanes. Notice, I didn't say dry lanes, I said torched! It will still be a little flippy on the backend, though, so you'll still have to be firm on your speed.

If the existing hole sizes and spans will allow you to throw it at all, take it to the lanes and try it (if the hole sizes are off you could get your driller to open them up for you).  That will give you more information than all our guesses.  --  JohnP

I know a well known driller and commentator out here who would say that is a great drilling for very heavy oil!

On medium if you want very little midlane....usually a nice thing to have for league....you probably won't get it!

Of course they are correct above....if you have a short pap this might be almost a standard drilling for you.

funny you should  ask, a buddy just got one of my right handed balls, he's left handed, dropped from 15 to 14# and decided not to use his thumb , he's bowled 2 teens, 2 220's, 2 240's, and a 275 ( 11 strikes and an open ). he's tried different fingers in holes (no jokes please) and has twice as many revs. he used to average 215 but wanted more, he might've found something. if it works, roll with it.

This is interesting to me because I had two friends both right handed who borrowed a friend of ours who is a lefty's ball and they both threw their only 300s with it.  I think it was a TNV but I'm not sure anymore.
