I bowl in a 4 game scratch travel league, and I have troubles around the 4th game where my ball just checks up too early. Even if I ball down, it still just picks up way too early. I'm looking to drill a new ball that is really weak, and doesn't make much of a move down lane.
Anyone have suggestions on what duel angle layouts or anything I can try?

Need more information, what balls are you currently using? What surface the balls are at? Speed, rev rate, tilt, all that plays into dual angles.

How much are you moving your feet and your mark? If the heads get dry, no matter the surface the ball will start reading the friction. You want to keep moving in deeper chasing the oil, then look for the bump off the dry further down lane.

I know the moves and when to make them. I understand making moves. I have been bowling for a long time in tournaments and college. That isn't the problem. I was just looking for a suggested drilling that some people have used that will basically kill a balls reaction. Pin Axis has been brought up to me before, and I just wanted some info on anything else that people have tried.

If you say so. Polish can kill a balls reaction. Lots of polish can make the ball go as long as you want on almost any condition.
If you want the ball to flare less get a ball with a very low diff like the Slingshot, or Tropical series. Place the pin where ever you choose, the diff will not change too much. Add a p1 hole to lower the diff and help keep the flare to a minimal.
No drilling will keep the balls surface from reacting to friction. (especially when the friction is early on the lanes)

I guess it's not so much as it picks up early, just reads the spot too quick. In this league there are alot of high rev guys, and by the 4th game the breakpoints of 5-11 down lane get toasted. And all of the balls I have just won't go through the spot, but instead reads is early. That is why I am thinking it isn't the ball and a different drilling on a ball would work best. Something low flare/low diff makes sense for the problem i'm running into

Picking up early and reading too quickly are the same thing. So from what you explain, you're starting right of where the higher rev guys are playing and by the time 4th game hits, you are moving into where they have already broken down the area. With that, as KD has mentioned, polish(cheapest route), weaker drilling, or an overall weaker ball will help.
Dual Angles are predicated on your stats. We cannot advise a layout using dual angles until you come up with stats. Drilling cannot be advised until we know what you are throwing and what surfaces are on the ball. Until that point, we are just shooting in the dark with guesstimations.
