Title: New layout question - MB on wrong side of thumb
Post by: lefty50 on November 19, 2017, 06:58:17 PM
In general, what will the following layout look like for a bowler with a PAP of 4x3/4 by 3/4 up?

(Left handed)
Pin 1/2 inch above ring on 45 degree angle
MB on RIGHT side of thumb.

Has anyone tried this?
Thanks

There isnt a right or wrong side.

Pin-pap is probably around 4 1/2". Should be fairly strong but smoother because of where the mass bias is.

The PSA moves towards holes drilled.  The bigger/deeper the hole the more it moves.

Ignite, I understand what you said, but I'm not grasping it's effect in this scenario?

Reaction will still be fairly strong as long as the mb isn't in or past the track.  At 4 3/4 x 3/4 it would have to be pretty far past the thumb to kill reaction.
