Title: Patented drilling?

Has any one know any thing about the "max y grip" It is supposedly got a patent on it and can not be copied.I think it is a crock of .... but you never know.I know that dave soutar uses it but hes the only one so far.Any info would be appreciated.

I'm thinking you do a CLT fitting then offset the thumb. I don't know how you can patten a fitting. it's three holes in a ball.

Does it help the release.I have tried different drillings and pitch/span adjustments for my wife and she still can not get out of the ball clean.She averages 204 on house shot but has trouble with oily lanes because she spins the ball.I thought I would try this new grip if I could find any thing out on it.
