Phenom Drilling Question
« on: September 10, 2003, 10:09:54 PM »
I know I could just call Track and they would answer this, but there are a few guys I really trust on this site as well.

I have a right hander that wants a 16lb Phenom. I have one for him. The pin is 3 in. out from the CG and the MB is not inline with them. It is located about 3 inches to left of the pin and cg line.

I think I know the answer to this question, but I am going to ask anyways. With the Phenom (as was the freak, freakout, mutant, and superfreak), CG location really means nothing, correct? How he wants the ball laid out is with the pin above the ring finger, and the MB right of the thumb (strong position). This would almost put the CG on his axis point. Is this a good idea to use this ball for a guy that wants the layout that he wants? Would the CG being located there affect the reaction of the ball?

Thank you for your time in reading this, and your responses.

main cooncern

how much top weight?

if it has alot, you may have a very hard time removing it.

I think you be better off-getting him a differnet ball(better mb placement)

Dont swing it-if you cant bring it

When in doubt-swing it out
