Title: Pin Down Layout Problem
Post by: jackson93 on January 30, 2019, 04:37:33 AM
Hi Guys!

I’m two handed no thumb bowler with a high track. Just looking for some suggestions and help on a problem.

Usually with pin down layouts I’ll drill pin under bridge cg kicked out roughly an 1” with a weight hole in the thumb area usually under the cg. I’ll roughly measure 4” down and 1/2” across for my weight holes

So I’ve got a a couple of new balls(symmetrical) I’m wanting to drill pin down without a weight hole, but I’m worried that the bow tie is gonna clip my middle finger and thump real bad. Usually when I put the extra hole it raises the bow tie just enough to not be a problem.

Any help or ideas on this would be awesome!

Focus on pin to pap vs up or down. In your case keep the pin in the fingers or above. 5" pin up or down will be very similar.
