Pin Down Layout Problem
« on: January 30, 2019, 04:37:33 AM »
Hi Guys!

Iím two handed no thumb bowler with a high track. Just looking for some suggestions and help on a problem.

Usually with pin down layouts Iíll drill pin under bridge cg kicked out roughly an 1Ē with a weight hole in the thumb area usually under the cg. Iíll roughly measure 4Ē down and 1/2Ē across for my weight holes

So Iíve got a a couple of new balls(symmetrical) Iím wanting to drill pin down without a weight hole, but Iím worried that the bow tie is gonna clip my middle finger and thump real bad. Usually when I put the extra hole it raises the bow tie just enough to not be a problem.

Any help or ideas on this would be awesome!

Focus on pin to pap vs up or down. In your case keep the pin in the fingers or above. 5" pin up or down will be very similar.
