Title: Pin out balls

What layout(s) can be done with these balls? 5" pin with 0-2 top weight..

Almost anything you want. When you are dealing with lower topweight, it becomes easier to balance the ball by using x-holes to get it "statically" legal.

So a 3oz top will require larger or deeper finger holes with limited layout options?

Make that "a 3 oz top and shorter pin out" and the answer will be "yes".  --  JohnP

High top and short pins limit your options, long pins and low top you can basically do anything your mind can come up with...

 And JohnP is correct in that assessment..
