Plugging a Ball with Drilled Pin

I got an Nsane LevRG from a friend of mine,but the pin was drilled
for his ring finger.Any issues with plugging and drilling for me?

No.  The pin is just an indicator.  As long as you know where it is/was you won't have any issues redrilling it.
