Does anyone know specs/background on Patrick Girard's layout?

I've heard this his equipment carries some very unique pin placements and I was wondering if anyone could tell me:

1) What exactly the layout is,

2) Why he drills this layout (i.e., is his style so unorthodox that it's necessary),

3) What it would do for someone with a normal/average PAP to take a ball and drill it with a Girard layout.

I do.

Drilled a Zone Classic with that drilling.

Strong hook/set reaction, good for going up the lane and controlling strong backends.
