there's several balls on ebay with "secret wisconsin stadium drilling" for Nationals...looks like pin at grip center...

any ideas of why this would work at nationals?

Because the backend reaction would be very controllable thus keeping the ball in play longer.  It is just a matter of repeating shots and whether you carry.  On sport type shots, skid/flip is not the way to go, at least not on the fresh anyway.

the people that drill these balls can also pilot black helicopters, as well.
