Yeah, there's a gazillion topics covering the Rico1 drill. Good luck.

IN GENERAL:
It's a 45 degree drilling with a very low pin position (on the midline), with the CG positioned at 45 degrees to the pin; so as to necessitate a weight hole in the thumb positive quadrant, which, in turn, will cause early flare and a raised bowtie, possibly enough to allow high trackers to use this control drilling.
Something like this (for a right handed bowler) :
--F---F-------->>>>F= finger holes
-----------
-----------
-----------
----P---------->>>>p= pin position
-----------
-------C------->>>>C= original center of gravity
-----------
----T-----W---->>>>T=thumb hole, W = weight hole (approximate position)
(EDITED)
Keep in mind that placing the pin in the center of the grip will give a different pin-PAP position for every individual. Place it according to how much flare you want/need, according to the core's RG differential. That could be closer to you PAP or further.
You and your driller should determine if you can use this low pin position depending on how high your track is AND by how much that weight hole will raise your bowtie.

Just like hand grenades and horse shoes, in bowling you only have to get close ...

Took me all of about 30 seconds to find using the search function:
http://www.ballreviews.com/Forum/Replies.asp?TopicID=86545&ForumID=18&CategoryID=5
If people would just take the time to use it then maybe Ballreviews wouldn't be so cluttered with posts covering the same topic over and over.

That's what I get for trying to help someone. Next time, save the smartarse comment for one of the worthless kiddie members that add nothing to this site.
