Title: Why is my thumb also stucked!

Okay, I've a problem with my thumb now, I don't know why when I swing and release my ball at 0 degree, my thumb is definitely stucked. But when I swing and release at 45 degree, the thumb came out nicely. So, the question is I should hold the degreee my ball is drilled?
