Someone in a recent post mentioned that assymetrical cores want to "rev up" faster than the standard symmetrical cores. So, with that being said, would assymetrical balls be desired in oiler conditions?
I just recently bought my first stronger assymetric ball (Apex Obsession) and it really seems to rev up nicely in the midlane. Whether it be the assymetricality (is that even a word?) or the med. load particle I dont know. But I'm really liking the way it revs up a lot faster than any of my other balls including the Ultimate Inferno. Granted they are drilled night and day, but still. My question still stands...

I don't think asymmetrical balls would be any more desireable than symmetrical balls for any condition.

Reason being?
