I agree with above. Also, if you are using Ultimate, make sure it is fresh(less than 1 yr old.
If I have the time, I have good success with the Ebonite Powerhouse Everclear, I almost never get any bubbles with that.

I agree with all of the above - mixing thoroughly does not mean mix vigorously.  I learned that after a few times!

Also, I've been told you can tap the ball with a mallet to help bring the air bubbles to the top.  Since you are going to over pour and trim off the excess, the air bubbles at the top won't really matter.  Not sure how well that works with the 1 hour plug - I know you don't have much time before it starts to set up.

I've also heard that you can pop the air bubbles with a toothpick.

ok thanks for all the tip and will give it a try.

Yea is Ultimate Wizzard can't mix for longer than 1 m or is be harden b4 I pure it. I mix untill I feel the hit and I pure it like around 1 m or so.

I did kind of mixing it fast. I try it slow and see

I've used Wizard for a long time now and one of the best things to do is take a lighter or a match and go over the top of the plug with the open flame.  This usually brings the air bubbles to the top and bursts them on contact.  I never have issues with air bubbles doing it this way.  Also make sure you pour the plug down the side of the hole slowly.

I only use Tech Line or Power House plug but there has been times I mix to fast, have bubbles in the cup, I just don't take the time, my fault. To solve the bubble problem I put the ball under a 40 watt light, let the light stay on for about 20-30 minutes. It heats up the material, air bubbles come to the top and 'pop' (?) anyway they are gone and I haven't had any problems since.

In mixing material, as the old saying goes....speed kills.

The light thing also helps in the winter time if your area gets a bit cold at night. I had my heater go out last winter ( our really only super cold night for us ) and the light helped it stay warm along with getting the air bubbles out.
