Layout for Rattler
« on: March 22, 2009, 03:06:03 AM »
I'm laying out a Rattler.  My specs are:

PAP is 5.25x5/8 up
Speed and revs are balanced.
45 degree Axis Rotation
Very little tilt
Right Handed.

I'm trying to set it up to play the dry on a THS staying up the boards.  My initial thoughts are 65x4.5x25.

Most of the control drillings from Mo have my ring finger going into or too close to the pin.

Any suggestions for layout and what I can expect from it are greatly appreciated.

Thanks

if you want to play that part of the lane you had better be prepared to adjust the surface of the ball. factory finish is 400 grit wetsanded and polished. my stats are very similar to yours and i haven't been able to do it. this factor will be more important than the drilling pattern used.

How would you adjust the cover and what would you expect to gain from the adjustment?
