Lets here what your favourite DV8 ball is, the layout, surface and why you like it so much.

My favourite ball (by far) is the Too Reckless. Mine is pin up about 5.25" from my PAP over the bridge. I took off the factory polish and have it at 4000 abralon so it is still long.

My #1 gripe with pearls is that when they see carrydown or if they see the puddle they hydroplane and hit weak.

The Too Reckless is a solid with the length of a pearl, but with the consistency of a solid. This ball is simply amazing as the lanes break down and gives me an advantage over the field in any tournament just by having it in my bag.

mine is the too reckless as well pin over ring cg stacked. oob. the carry with the too reckless is just unreal

I have the reckless and misfit drilled the same and a too reckless drilled rico. They are all great. My fav is the reckless. The ball is really strong and great for heavier oil. The misfit and too reckless are also great and both are a LOT stronger then i expected.

The reckless and misfit are 5.25" pin to pap. Pin down.
The too reckless is a 4.5" pin to pap with 2000 abalon to knock the shine off the box finish.

Since I only have one which is the Misfit that is my favorite, this thing is anything but an entry level or weak ball. Mine is drilled pin above bridge and one thing this ball has done for me is it has forced me to move deeper which I was not comfortable doing but am now . This ball gets through the front easily and turns left on the back end and hits very well. Had my highest set with it Friday night 689 and got to use it for all 3 games.

I have the orange and blue, and I get some comments some say ugly but I like it.

I would have to say my favorite is my pin under Reckless that is about 3" from my PAP. Ball just eats apart fresh patterns and makes it so easy to read what the lane is doing. I will most likely drill a fresh one right before I go to Baton Rouge.

DV8 Hellraiser Revenge most powerful ball I have ever thrown. Pins scatter all over the deck when you hit light and crushes the pocket when you hit flush.
