Title: ALLEY CAT Low Differential
Post by: Southpaw58 on February 01, 2018, 10:42:42 AM
My primary ball is Brunswick Vintage D.Z.  I usually need to change balls at 3rd game.  My low diff. Hammer Arson Low Flare just cracked.  Would the Alley Cat provide a similar look to the Hammer?  I match up well to low diff, especially as the lanes dry out.  Thanks!

I think the Alley Cat is stronger and more angular.  Quick glance at BTM shows two closest balls are the Tropical Storm Black/Cherry or the Seismic Solaris Blackout (which was discontinued even longer ago than the Arson).  Didn't even bother with the Lane 1 ball around there as well.

I have not thrown the Alley Cat, however, the Magnitude .035 pearl has been my "go to" ball on the dry.  I bowl a second shift scratch league, and by the time we get to the 2nd and 3rd games it can be very difficult trying to control the back end movement of many balls.   Mine is drilled pin down, 4.5" from PAP.
