I want one of them and I dont know which one to decide on  :o :o

Hey Big Jake!! What other balls do you have now?  Honestly I see the Brutal being used on more conditions.  It really depends on where you want the ball to fit.  They are both awesome but each definitely serves its own purpose.

Hi Jason, here's my DV8 arsenal:

Hell Raiser Revenge - Hell Raiser Terror - Marauder - Marauder Madness - Too Reckless - Misfit Orange

Btw, I keep my Hell Raiser Revenge polished  (by using Brunswick 'Ruffbuff')

ok so your oil ball is your revenge.  The Nightmare OOB is going to be similar but still more angular downlane.  The Brutal OOB will definitely give you more pop at the breakpoint than the Revenge.  If you get the Nightmare, you may have to dull it a bit or it might be a little too similar to the Revenge.  (within a few boards)  The Brutal OOB is definitely going to fit above your Revenge and a slight change of surface, say a hit with a 4000 pad will make this ball a monster for you.  I love the rest of your stuff the way it is. Terror is one of my faves and the Marauder line is benchmark heaven.  I really think after seeing your stuff that the Brutal is the way to go.

Thanks Jason for your advice. So, I'll get the BRUTAL  8) and btw, I totally agree with you about the "Marauder" series, its one of the best IMHO!

@Jason, what type of drill would you suggest for me, dont you just love questions like that  ;D

Anyway, I'm apprx. 325+ revs / 15 mph / tweener or up the boards, but I prefer swinging it. Thanks for your input!

If you are looking for a ball that is going to retain energy and give you that big pop in the backend, then go with a pin up drilling on the Brutal Nightmare. My Brutal Nightmare is drilled pin up (65 x 5 x 45) and is the opposite dual angle drilling to my Nightmare (45 x 5 x 65). The Brutal Nightmare can handle the heavier oils and works well on sport shots too. I use the Brutal Nightmare when I need a stronger motion downlane.

I second Brandons advice.  Going pin up on the Brutal will definitely open up the lane for you.  Let me know when you punch it up.
