Does anyone have any information on the balls and surfaces used by DV8 staffers at Nationals.

Depends on your rev rate but everyone has been using 2K.

I used a Diva at 2000 for almost all of the 9 games. Shot 692,583,655.. bad rack in minors on the right lane. I wish I had my green misfit with me. Thumb felt bad and took a marauder instead. It was ok last game of singles but misfit would have been better for me.

I have a Madness - pin up, was thinking about taking it down to 2000 or 3000 for my team event ball. Then maybe getting a nightmare to go with it. My rev rate is 375 at 15.5 ball speed.

I threw a Marauder Madness in team event, 65 by 4 3/4 by 70 with no hole.  I hit it with 1000 before team event, and it was perfect... Smooth and controllable.

In doubles and singles I threw the same ball in practice, then switched to a Marauder drilled the same way in the first frame.  I probably could've used the same Madness, but our group had a game plan To ball down right away.  As I had to creep left, the hold wasn't there like in team event, and the smooth layout didn't give me enough in the back when I tried to get out through.  I could've used a Terror out there.
