DV8 Creed
I drilled my Creed 40° x 4.25 x 55. I've used it on a 43ft house shot and 45ft WTBA Mexico City. From what I see... the Creed can easily be the first ball out of your bag on a typical house pattern and used for many games. Its stronger change of direction at the break is something many of us like to see. What sets this ball apart from most is that the Creed's new core shape. With more of the mass towards the bottom of the core, it allows the ball to have a stronger motion at the break point with a much more noticeable continuous drive through the pocket. For me... the change of core shape has really stepped up where the Vandal line had left off. In other words... Think Vandal Destroy on steroids.
The Creed will also work well as a step down from stronger balls, like the Pitbull and Pitbull Growl, when you need to get the ball through the heads and still want a strong asymmetrical ball motion. I really liked what I saw on the 45ft Mexico City. After 2 games with the Pitbull Growl I was able to move my feet deeper and created more angle at the break for maximum carry without worrying the ball was going to wiggle and miss the pocket.

COMMENTS
The Creed is a moneymaker. This ball is so versatile and reminds of the Vandal with its motion downlane. Laid mine out to read the midlane a little late but produce continuation on the backend. The Creed will need to be in everyone's arsenal and you will not be disappointed.

With this layout I got great length with a nice flip motion on the backend. Threw on 42ft house pattern and could open the lane up with no problem. Great Medium oil ball

I have owned the original Vandal, Smash, and Destroy, and loved the original and smash but wasn't a fan of the Destroy. Now with that being said this Creed is a beast! I mirrored mine to match my original Vandal. This ball is probably about 5+ boards stronger. This ball is very clean and strong, when this ball hits the friction the ball just wants to go. I used this in league last night when I have to move in after my bench mark ball couldnt make the turn back in (was using quick fix AYM C Layout), and was the perfect ball to ball up to with the more volume of oil. The Creed does need oil, as for me its a strong ball, but the motion to the pocket is just amazing. I would say if you're looking for a new ball and you loved the Vandal this ball would be a great addition.

The DV8 Creed has a low RG asymmetric core with a composite hook pearl cover stock. Out of the box finish is 500 Siaair pad with a crown factory compound finish. I sanded mine a little bit with a used 3000 Siaair pad just to take a little of the shine off. This ball is a great ball for me when I need to get inside when the outside starts to dry up. You will have no worries with this ball making it back to the pocket from the inside line as it has a very good backend reaction. This ball hooks 3-4 boards more than my Vandal Destroy.
