I have the Vandal in my bag now. I want to know is the Deviant stronger than the vandal? I was thinking of 1-2 punch. I was reading up on it and is for medium- oily. Any suggestion will be appreciated .

The Deviant reminds me of a slightly stronger version of the original Marauder and in my hands is a step down from the Vandal

Strength wise they are similar. Shape wise is the biggest difference. The deviant is VERY smooth "Think DV8 Dude". Vandal to me can have a much sharper move down lane. Should be a solid 1,2 punch
