Title: DV8 Ruckus Feud Reaction Video
Post by: BRCanada on January 21, 2014, 08:34:19 PM
We tested the feud on a shot that it was meant for. HEAVY OIL. (heavy volume typical house shot). Drilled one 60x5x70 w/P3 and one 60x4x70, also tested it against a Ruckus.

commented on your vid. . .even just some advice would be much appreciated.

"can you roll it on a more normal ths just so I can see if there's burn issues?  I have the ruckus that tends to skid a little too far and hook through the pocket. . .leaving a lot of 8's and occasional 6,8's (HIGH speed, high rev lefty) Trying to decide if I should adjust the surface or ball up. . . especially since with the endless I have extreme burn out issues"

Nice video.  I was undecided between the Feud and Genius Mastermind.  Now I'm getting the Feud for sure.

Awesome website, too!!

Hey gradilonec.  Just saw your post.  I will say that these balls, the endless and feud are heavy oil balls in OOB condition. What I saw with the feud compared to the endless was much more hook down lane.  That being said if you have higher speed then on fresh patterns, even a medium house pattern the feud will be a monster. Whatever condition  your endless is burning up too early on, odds are the feud will as well. IMO on fresh the feud reaction can't be beat.  You may want to add the feud for fresh and maybe try surfacing up,your ruckus just a bit.  It's amazing how a 4000 or light 2000 pad will blend out your reaction

What would happen with this ball on a medium oil lane? Still powerful ?

On medium the feud will work as long as there is some head oil and clean back ends.  It ll work especially well if your speed is above average.  This ball really is a tank.  I haven't polished one yet but I'm sure it'll make the reaction on a medium condition that much more awesome.
