Lil' FIGJAM (w. DV8 Hell Raiser)
« on: November 13, 2011, 12:06:55 AM »
Well, to some it is everyday business, but to me an achievement I have long been waiting for: a new personal 3-series record with a 739 (265-231-243), done with my new Hell Raiser.

Lanes were not demanding, ball came back literally from anywhere - modified THS (w/o dry boards outside, just buffed area) with good head oil, excellent turf for the Hell Raiser. At least 50% of the score has to be attributed to the ball, I sem to match up well with it!

Anyway, the ball gave very good feedback concerning release adjustments, so that I could keep scoring.  I could keep my feet at the same board and visual target all the time, I just had to gradually take out hand and delay the breakpoint.

Bowling can be so easy... :D

Congrats and great bowling with an amazing ball!!! Keep up the good work and keep us posted on your score with your new DV8!!!

Train a child up in the way they should go and when they are old they will do some "Damn Good Bowling", be a "DV8" and not turn from it, besides bowling starts with a Big B!

Thanks, guys. I had arather surreal league day, and the Hell Raiser and its good performance in my hands was just a part of it. I had a very good read from the lanes, but then add a "flow experience" and things turn into something to remember.

Thanks a lot - official high game, to be correct. Better things have already been achieved in training, but this time they literally it paid out (including my 1st official 700+ series). :)

Thank you! Next weekend will be next league outing - I hope for the best, but that last "record breaking" event puts the stakes pretty high. I just hope I can keep relaxed...
