Strength of Misfit
« on: October 27, 2011, 02:38:49 PM »
Everyone has heard that there hasn't been much rain in Texas and we are having drought issues.  Well, the land isn't the only thing dry down here.  Of the 3 new DV8 balls, I have quickly migrated towards the Misfit as my main ball.

I haven't taken the opportunity to compare the DV8's to my Brunswick balls from last year.  Tonight, I remembered to pack my trusty old Damage into my bag.  I looked at the ratings numbers for the Damage vs the Misfit before I left the house.  The ratings say the Misfit is slightly longer, and slighlty less overall hook.  What I found was that I had to play the Damge 2 and 2 right from the Misfit, and the Misfit had a stronger response at the breakpoint.

For those of you who love their Damage, and are looking for a little more giddy-up and go from a mid-priced ball, the Misfit is the perfect fit.

Scots,
did you watch my video... I never saw a more puzzled bowler.......swinging his arm, long after the ball was gone.... He thought it was actually a Maxim spare ball....

I don't get it it's mid range Rg .040 ball nothing more nothing less.  What is the point?

Let me also ad that the Reckless is a very strong midline ball. Way stronger then I was expecting. Wow

"1 of 1."
…… you can't  add a physics term to a bowling term and expect it to mean something.
