Thug Unruly (I really slept on this piece)
« on: May 18, 2015, 10:14:56 AM »
I wanted to try some of the newer items from DV8. I have the Thug and loved it. One issue I had at times was I wanted something with that shape but a little sooner. I made surface adjustments, but I just wanted to keep my Thug where it was at and put something a little stronger in front of it. I drilled up the Unruly with the heavy revving layout for high trackers (70 x 4 x 30) then took it on a test drive. This ball is very strong. I always wanted the Endless Nightmare but now since I have the Unruly I'm just fine. This ball go thru the oil with no effort at all. Then the recovery was outstanding. When I used certain balls with strong cover/core combos I tend to have issues at times. I haven't had one problem with this ball at all. I was able to open up the lanes and when it was done the Thug kicked behind. This is a great 1/2 combo. This is a shape and motion I haven't seen from DV8 in sometime. If you haven't tried one you should. If you need an oil ball that still have some pop in the back give this ball a look.
