Ball: 14 ½ lbs, X BLEM
Pin In
Me: Cranker
Drill: Pin/CG I inch directly below ring finger
Skid: This ball in box finish was great at getting through the heads. Whether it be the first or the last game, it really got through the first 30 feet good.
Grip: This ball is drilled to be calm and have a good arc to the pocket. It does exactly that. It grips the lanes and rolls right off the oil with absolutely no snap, just arcs hard to the pocket.
Hook: The overall hook of this ball is very dependent upon where it is played. I can throw it right p the 10 board for a nice arc to the pocket, I can throw it straight at the 1-3 pocket and it will not hook at all, and will stand up and roll hard. Or I can also swing the lane and it will come back with a vengeance.
Hit: Okay. I am going to go ahead and say this ball hits. I have thrown my fare share of balls, and to this date, the hardest hitting ball I have owned and still own, is my Cold Fusion. However, this ball is something awesome. This ball retains so much energy, the ball absolutely crushes the pocket. It just slings pins all across the deck and the messengers seem to be endless. If it is possible to hit only the 10 pin and get a strike, I think this ball could do it
Summary: This ball is very good to use when the lanes are fresh or transitioned. I’ve noticed it is not the ball to use when they are transitioning. It also seems to get dirty pretty quick, but that’s okay, I clean it after every set anyway. This ball I can see being used in my arsenal for a very long time. It just rolls so hard, is controllable, and the hit is just amazing. Thanks for reading.
