I am impressed with the service I have recieved from dynothane.They are taking care of business and looking out for thier customers unlike some companys do.I had recently bought a pair of tour ultras and the ribbed heel wore down extremley fast.I spoke with a dynothane rep and they are going to send me another heel at no charge with no questions asked or belly aching about normal wear or anything.Thanks
