What would your choices be... I'm not interested in the Anomaly though.
I think I'll put my Thing Lives (sanded to 600) at the top of the list.
But what next?
I was thinking:
Thing Lives sanded to 600
Element polished to 1500
Thing Returns polished to 2500
???
???
etc...???
But I don't think I can find a 15lb Element either USED or NIB? SO what would come close to it that has the Soaker coverstock on it?
Anybody got an Element for sale, new or used???

here you go and save money to boot:
Thing Lives maybe 600 or 800
Vendetta solid polished
Vendetta Pearl the new one
Crisis polished
American Eagle spare ball cheap on ebay got mine for 37.00 shipped
BTW- I have all these balls and know that it will work for you stay from Anomoly it was a boat anchor for me, thing lives is the ball the anomoly was supposed to be.

Alos, can a Thing Returns go DIRECTLY under the Thing Lives or is there too big of a gap between those 2 balls?
How much backend does the Returns have?
-
Ric,
I'd go...
Thing Lives...6-800
Vendetta Black ..box
Vendetta Part Pearl ..box
Vendetta Pearl ...box
Crisis Pearl..box

No, way too much of a gap there. You gotta stick a Thing, an Element Au79, or a Vendetta solid between the TL and the TR.
On the right condition (medium/light oil with relatively clean backends) and assuming correct drilling and surface prep (out of box finish or with a little extra polish), the TR can supply beaucoup backend.

If I were buying a 5-ball Dynothane arsenal, I like Jeffrevs line-up... Vendettas are very versatile... If you wanna stay with 3-4 Soakers then put a AU79 between the TL and the TR for shorter skid/snap and the Thing for your arc/control ball. Take into consideration you can expand any of these arsenals with the drill patterns...
