Title: Dyno-thane Email Problems
Post by: bamaster on September 28, 2006, 08:36:24 AM
Ok folks.  I was pretty sure the problem wasn't mine, but it turns out I was wrong.  After Dyno-thane moved offices to Columbia there was a change in the email system.  Long story short, the Dyno-thane folks were checking for new messages on the servers at Columbia but my server (not Columbia's) was receiving them.

I discovered 572 emails in queue for Billy alone.  Some messages as early as June 2nd, although most were within the last month.  This problem is fixed.  The website is now sending emails to Columbia's mail servers, where Billy and team are able to receive.

A personal apology to those who felt Dyno-thane was neglecting their customers.  It was not their fault.  It was mine.  Billy has been sent those email messages not five minutes ago.  It may take a while for him to go through them all, however he has assured me that he will go to them all.

Thanks Tony for having the backbone to come on the board
and let everyone know what happened. Everyone makes mistakes
just some can admit it and others can't.

Now this makes more sense i have never had a problem getting through on the phone or email and getting answer, seemed weird that as much as they were on here that they would ignore anyone.
