I attended a three-day coaching session with Turbo Grips' training facilities Turbo Tech. I'm here in Michigan after a LOT of time on the lanes and in the pro shop drilling a new arsenal.
Here is what I drilled... in order of most hook to least hook:
Pure Energy: 2" pin
Vendetta Sniper: 4.5" pin
Element Zr40: 4.5" pin
Element Zr40: 2" pin
Energy: 5" pin
Crisis Pearl: 4.5" pin
I'm extremely impressed with the Zr40's and the Energy, in particular. They roll sooo well! None of them jerked off the dry, such a deliberate and continuous movement.
I have videos of all these balls, bowling on the US Open condition. AND BOY WAS THAT FUN! Once I learn how to do some video editing I'll post for all to see. You'll see the silky smooth beautimous poetry, that is I.
I also have a Vendetta Black and Centrifugal Mass waiting to be drilled, but we didn't get around to them.

Sounds like fun...will look forward to seeing the video
I am curious as to how you have the Pure drilled. Mine seems to be much more of a control ball and doesn't cover quite as many boards as my High energy on most conditions.
You don't need that C-mass, you need to gift it to me
...I'll be your life long internet buddy who you'll never see.

Kyle: Chef, we need Butters to gain about 50 pounds, fast.
Chef: Well, if you want him to get really fat as fast as possible, one of you will have to marry him.
Stan: Marry him?
Chef: It definitely worked for every woman I've ever met.

I put down a 40 foot flat pattern a few weeks ago to start practicing for Nationals. Second time I have ever bowled on a flat shot (first one was in juniors on a 35 foot flat pattern (brutal))... anyway.. first session I averaged 140 for 8 games on the shot, second time I bowled on it shot 650 with a 178 first game.... Very fun pattern... challenging.

Sounds like a great arsenal. I'm jealous!
Glad to hear that you like the Zr40's... I just got my Zr40 punched up yesterday and I'm chomping at the bit to go try it out....

Tony, welcome to Michigan. If you're not enjoying the weather enjoy one of the biggest bowling states in the US.
