Dynorooz slide sole question
« on: December 15, 2005, 12:32:41 PM »
I am wondering which slide sole provides the most slide for these particular shoes:
Sport Deluxe - S950-03
2 Interchangeable Soles: Microfiber (not pictured) and Deerskin

Which sole provides more slide?  The microfiber (synthetic leather) or the traditional deerskin?  The microfiber (synthetic leather) sole is not mentioned on the slide chart on the website.

Thanks

there is a white one and a more Tan one. The one that is Tan slids more.

YEP...funny you should ask.

I love these shoes....BUT!

A friend was dissatisfied with his heels from his dynorooz and I purchased them.

I am much happier with the shoes now accross a range of conditions.

Also I am going to replace the microfiber slide with real leather from their more advanced set of soles and also I'm buying their all cloth insert adjustable heel.

My point.  If you are a serious bowler....You may want to be prepared to buy more insert soles and heels than just the ones supplied.

REgards,

PS I love the look and fit of the shoes so much that I'm willing with the above purchases to buy these shoes and end up paying almost as much as the top of the line to enjoy them on all conditions.
PPS heels I'm glad I purchased seperate are the dimpled heel(love it) AND THE rippled heel.  I'm getting the three leather heels adjustable too!

The felt <color-black>  has the most slide this is what I use for most synthetics especially when humid.  The leather heel <color-red> is the heel I use always.

Just received them last night from luxorbowling on eBay.  I saved about $7 or $8 versus buying them from Buddies.  They look and feel great.  I'll let you know if I'm having any problems.  I will tell you that Dyno-Thane/ABS makes the best bowling shoes on the market.  I have the Black/Black ABS Tour Ultras (that I am trying to sell by the way) and they are a great shoe.  So comfortable.  I just like to buy new equipment every now and then for a change.
