Threshold problems

I have this ball drilled pin over ring cAp in strong pos. box surface. I cant seem to get this ball to turn over, it has to be burning up. How much should i change the surface ? Im a tweener with 300 revs

The advice I received for when mine was burning up....was take it to 2000 Grit Abralon...best advice ever.  The ball doesn't burn up anymore and hits like a TON of BRICKS.

If you can find Steve on here..he'll be able to give you some GREAT advice like he did for me....since changing the cover..this is the hardest hitting ball I've ever thrown.

I had the Anomaly and the Thing Lives and both of them burned up for me.  I had to use flare-reducing holes to get them to roll correctly.  I did have an 811 with the Anomaly, so it wasn't a total loss.
