Vendetta Sniper a good ball to consider?
« on: September 23, 2005, 09:24:59 AM »
Hi

I'm a lower rev, medium speed and high track player that prefers bowling down and in through 2nd arrow. I bowl on a medium oil christmas tree pattern.

I'm looking for something that could work for me on those lanes, and the Vendetta Sniper has caught my eye. Can anyone tell me if this ball might be a good choice for me? If not, any other suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks, Andrew

Well looking at your profile you have gone from a Scout Reactive to a Triple Xtreme...that's a big jump!  How does the Triple work for you?

I have 2 Snipers with different drill paterns in them and one of them has become my go to ball lately.  It's also serving as my benchmark ball right now.  Depending on the oil you see and the overall conditions the sniper could be a good choice.  The ball takes to surface adjustments very well and the vendetta core is strong enough for everday use and is very predictable.

Snipers have been a big surprise to me,...for years I shy'd away from partice balls,..my early release, high rev rate and slower ball speed has made particles hard for me to use,...til now. The Sniper really gets through the fronts nice and smooth,..and has POP left on the backend. Not jumpy on a THS,..and a ball that I've been able to stay with for all 3 games of league with minimum adjustments...the surface is very workable. jim
