Ebonite is bringing back what some consider one of the best in bowling history. The new Ebonite Puma has been modified for today's conditions and is perfect for broken-down hooking lanes. This ball takes the proven GB 10.7 Pearl coverstock and wraps it around the Puma core to create a ball that will offer length with a strong backend on light to medium oil conditions.

I drilled my Puma 45 x 4-1/2 x 30.
For me, this ball allows me to play straight angles down the lane when the pattern has broken down. This is an excellent step down from my Ebonite GB Asym when the lanes start to transition and break down. This ball gives me the length to get down the lane, and a strong continuous motion down lane on the backend. This ball doesn't have a huge snapping backend motion, but its definitely continuous through the pins. If you're looking for a ball for when the pattern breaks down and gives you some good length, this is the ball for you.

The Ebonite Puma is going to be a ball that is clean through the fronts and gives you a strong backend. I drilled mine 60x5.25x75, so I really wanted this ball to be my last ball in my bag, meant for longer tournament play, or patterns with a light volume of oil, around games 3 or 4. The ball didn’t disappoint, as I am easily able to step down to this ball from stronger balls like the Hammer Web Pearl and Track Strata Hybrid. I would highly recommend this ball for higher rev players, or anyone that wants a clean ball for later in the day during tournament play.

Likes:This is a great short to medium oil ball for the price. It is clean through the fronts and a strong continuous backend. Was able to use on the medium oil patterns house or sport.
Dislikes:This ball went too long on the long oil patterns
