Description: An Elite Warrior is the best of the best.  Ebonite has taken their best and put it into the Warrior Elite bowling ball.  The Iron Fist core gives a strong rolling motion at the mid-lane while the GB 13.3 Hybrid coverstock cuts through the oil.  This combination creates a powerful ball that is nothing less than Elite.

This ball has probably become my favorite ball I have thrown in years. Great core and cover to match. I drilled this pin over bridge CG in middle of the grip and MB kicked out 25 degrees. It is definitely plenty strong but is controllable and predictable. Unlike some other balls I have had, I can play different parts of the lane with this ball and not lose drive through the pins or carry. This ball is not only a great compliment to the Warrior that Ebonite was shooting for, I feel it is a great improvement from it and I like the Warrior to begin with.

The GB 13.3 Hybrid cover stock is awesome! I like the color combination as well. On a fresh medium volume house pattern - 42', this ball was simply too strong. Did I just type that? Is that even possible? I was warming up with my Warrior (pin up) and when I finally got loose wanted to give the Warrior Elite (pin up - same layout) a go. I decided to step 6 and 3 left. With my first shot, it danced a messenger across the deck. I was like wow! I continued to throw more shots and became more and more impressed. Honestly, I'm not a fan of playing the lane with too much angle, but I was certainly entertained. This ball is ultra strong and ultra predictable. As of this posting, I want to report back on how this ball fairs on higher volume. I also want to see how it reads on sport patterns. If you are in the market for a strike machine, look no further than this one. Add the Warrior Elite (Hybrid) and Warrior (Pearl) to your arsenal and out score the competition.

I had a chance to get my hands on one of these early, and it's so worth it. I put an 80x5x40 on this and went and threw this on a house pattern. Holy hook! The hybrid cover was a perfect complement to the Warrior Pearl. I left the cover at the 2k box finish, but rather quickly I had to change the surface to 4K to keep it online.
 
The iron fist core is a shape that I could see sticking around for a while, with its low rg, this asymmetrical core complements the shape of the Ebonite GB2, but with more strength. From a pro shop view this shape and movement resembles the Track Paradox, and I would recommend this ball to anyone who is looking for a stronger shape and even first ball out of the bag for most "heavy oil/long oil" patterns. This ball releases 12/1, don't wait on this one!

The Warrior was one of my favorite balls released this past summer.  It was the ball that was finally able to let me retire my Pivot Point.  The Warrior Elite is just as good.  This ball is much stronger than the Warrior and has little issue getting through the oil on heavier volume patterns.  The ball also finishes very strongly through the pins.  It is a wonderful compliment to the original Warrior.  When compared to my Paradox, it is very similar.  This is the strongest ball you can get in the EBI line and it does not disappoint.

Drilled with Pin 2" from PAP and MB is at 130 degrees. I sanded with 4000 Abralon and used Powerhouse Factory Finish Polish. This is a drilling I like to use for control. This drilling/finish combo gives me great length and a hard arching motion on the end. Rolls really well on shots  that are drying out and/or shorter patterns. The ball still "hits" well with great continuation.

Warrior Elite (Box surface) – Pin above the bridge CG in the palm positive axis point is 4 3/8 right 1/2 up.

I was not expecting the Warrior Elite to get through the front part of the lane and then still have some energy left to finish strong in the pocket I was wrong.  This was a heavy rolling ball for me once the pattern was played on for about three games.  I didn’t see it trying to labor down the lane nor did I see it pick up early.  The reaction was readable, and the light hits as well as the solid pocket hits were indications to me that the Warrior Elite is a ball that can be versatile and strong.  I didn’t have to get two deep, and I didn’t feel like I was forcing the ball down the lane.
