Title: 13lb Striking Motion
Post by: dR3w on November 21, 2008, 07:48:57 AM
Does anyone know if the 13 pound version of the Stiking Motion has the same core as the heavier weights, or do they use an alternate core for 12 and 13 pound equipment?

Looking at the differential numbers I the site I would say after #14 the core changes... could be wrong though, it doesn't say for sure.

Performance cores are in weights 14lb - 16lb.  13lb and 12lb balls have a performance core but not the same as the heavier weights.
Storm was the only company I know who's 12lb and 13lb performance balls used to have a 3 piece core.  I heard Storm may have changed this recently.

I believe Ebonite uses a version of the V2 core on its 12 and 13 lb balls.

Well you could ask the folks at Buddiesproshop.com.  They sell this ball for $124.99 online. My distributor told me about this today.
