Bast Big Time
« on: March 16, 2007, 01:44:05 PM »
Had a Big Time in the past with the Pin up and to the right of the ring finger balance hole in the middle and the ball was killer for me. Found one with a 1-2 inch pin. Ball drilled with the pin to the right of the finger and a balance hole in the middle. Ball reaction is nothing like what I had before. Ball seems to be rolling as soon as it hits the lane. If I took it up to 2000 grit, would it make a difference, or just keep it for the heaviest of oils.

That could work. Taking some of the surface away should ease the balls reaction slightly. It could also be the way you throw it and what lane conditions you are throwing the ball on. Two guys i know both have that ball, one sanded his to either 2000 or 4000 and the other put a light polish. Both get the ball down lane on a THS
