There are two videos on the Ebonite website that compare these two balls.

By experience and user opinions, the Radical has been a love it or hate it type of ball.  I had one, didn't like it, so I sold it...mind you that I didnt try the different cover preps that it suggested, but I was trying out a Track Equation at the same time and loved the Equation the instant i threw it.

Any reason why you're looking at these two balls?  Maybe if you told us what you need the ball to do, we could give you better comparisons.

I have both.  Although I rarely go around calling a ball superior to another ball, as I personally adhere to the "drill a ball correctly for your game, match up a ball properly to your game, and you have a good ball" philosophy, I have to say that the Angular One is an all around better ball.  Yes, the Radical has its moments and it may be better on specific conditions, i.e. very fresh backends, the Angular is certainly the all around better ball.  The Radical has a catastrophic flaw on carrydown.  I personally feel as though this may be due to the Symmetric core which are generally more hook set naturally.  A hook set ball on carrydown will either skate through the oil on the backend and do nothing or hook up front and hit like a marshmello.  Channges in hand position, like spinning the ball to promote more length and a stronger backend, alleviate this problem to an extent, but can never replace the reaction that you get from a continuous reacting ball.

Nte that the Angular is around 3 boards stronger with fresh backends and I expect, though I have nt tried it on heavy that it will be around 5 boards stronger overall.  It is very strong, checks up early for a 4000 grit polished pearl, though it is still increadibly strong on the backend.  Think at least medium / heavy with common layouts.

There's quite a few comparison videos.  You'll have to scroll down to the Angular One 4000 GP vs. Radical P...and then a little further down there's an Angular One 4000 vs. Radical HGP

I think you will see similar reactions with both balls.  I own a Power Machine myself and have seen a few Angular Ones thrown and both react very similar.  I can tell you from first hand experience that my Power Machine likes speed.  Seems the harder and faster I throw it, the Harder it hits the pocket.  I don't think I've thrown it hard enough to miss the pocket all together once.  I'm sure someone else can comment on if the Angular One is the same way.

I've heard other people say that the Angular One is great on everything except carrydown.  I believe it was something like "the angular one won't even wrinkle on carrydown."

Is that true?

Frankly, I've thrown the Angular One on Carrydown and it works very well.  There are basically two ways to attack carrydown in my opinion.  First, you can get an even rolling ball that is very continuous and try to get the ball to hook up front and hope that the ball has enough energy left to hit.  The other, less conservative method, is to get a ball that has a good ammount of midlane and backend, and try to slice through the carrydown.  This is what the Angular can do.  It has midlane, but doesn't sacrifice its angularity.  Some may feel as though, being polished oob that it will skate through the carrydown, which for some may be true, but if you get out of the ball with something, it shouldn't be a problem.
