Props again to Jeff Ussery...
« on: February 23, 2007, 12:19:07 AM »
I have been messaging Jeff back and forth this morning asking his ideas on how to drill up my TNV and he has been great. Quick response, explains things very well and always willing to help in anyway he can..

Thanks again Jeff!!

No problem!  Glad to help out.  I hope you're as happy with your second Total NV as you are with your first!

I don't know Jeff and I've only been on ballreiews for a couple weeks now and I've heard nothing but good things about the guy...and because of his reviews is why I bought a SmashTime Pearl. STP is the first ball out of my bag every night out.

Jeff is also a great guy to buy from. I purchased a bevel sander from him and he shipped quick.

Glad you're liking that SmashTime Pearl!  I think it's one of the more underrated balls in the industry right now.  It has a nice matchup for a pearlized polished cover, but it's not getting a lot of publicity due to the success of the Angular and the Total NV.

Jeff,

I totally agree the ST pearl is a great and very underated ball IMO.. The price point is also very attractive..

I think another underrated ball in the Ebonite lineup is the No Limit.  I had an opportunity to throw this ball at a Demo Day and I was quite impressed.  Smooth rolling and great hit.  People will think I'm crazy, but for me, this ball rolled better than the Total NV.  Just my experience.

I also agree with that. I picked up a No Limit used from a user here for $50 bucks and this ball is great.. It handled carry down with ease.. I think it was the forgotten soldier with the angular one coming out around the same time..

Just wanted to say thanks also. I asked him about how I should have my ball drilled. It does exactly what I want it to. Keep up the good work.
