Anyone still using the Warrior Elite?
« on: August 17, 2019, 10:45:42 AM »
If so, have you changed the surface and to what?  Which of the new balls in the Ebo family would this be most similar to?

Thanks in advance.

Remember someone on here picked that ball up on clearance for like $80 and liked it but forgot who.

I have the original Warrior.  It may have 15 games on it.  Never liked it.  I went ahead and also tried the Maverick.  I put 9 games on it and haven't used it since.  The Warrior I tried with both the factory finish and 1000 abralon.  The Maverick I tried with the out of the box finish, and then a compound polish finish.  Never got it to react the way I wanted it to.

That being said, the Choice hybrid will be the closest current ball to the Warrior Elite.

I have a Warrior Supreme, is more of a heavy oil ball. When it works its great. I also have the Maverick Pearl , but never matched up with it. I used many surface and polish combos, but gave up on it.
